Within these pages we will feature a current project.  Specifically featured is the refurbishment of a three bedroom house and the works here include the installation of a new central heating system, the refit and resiting of the bathroom to the upstairs, a completely new kitchen, utility room and cloakroom, new flooring and redecoration throughout.  The garden will be redesigned to the front of the property and the rear garden will be tidied.  The  client of this property intends to either sell or rent the house when the project is completed.
